Administrative Assistant (Branchburg)

Description of Principal Duties:
Screen all incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate staff; handle operation of switchboard; maintain privacy of all confidential information; provide professional and efficient administrative support to all departments; organize and maintain Tri County CMO Outlook calendars; prepare conference room for meetings and trainings;.handle incoming and outgoing mail procedures; responsible for distributing incoming faxes; responsible for the day to day functions of office copiers, printers, and faxes; maintain and report inventory needs of office and kitchen supplies to Office Manager; maintain agency vehicles by scheduling and carrying out oil changes, car washes, repairs, and inspections; provide administrative backup support with Referrals, ISP, TISP, CP, and FS preparation; performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Office Manager consistent with the mission and values of Tri County CMO.
High School degree or equivalent; superior interpersonal skills; multitasking skill; organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 and data entry; bi-lingual skills desirable; ability to safely lift weight and/or move office furniture.
Supports a variety of administrative activities related to the function of the CMO.

Human Resource Manager (Branchburg)
Type: Part Time
Establish and maintain human resource policies, procedures, and metrics. Ensure compliance to federal and state employment laws and legislations. Develop and keep up-to-date job descriptions along with core competencies for all job functions. Cultivate a talent management mindset in line with business strategy, including performance management and employee development. Foster an organizational culture to support the mission and values of the Agency. Build an engaged workforce by inviting employee input and participation in all aspects of work. Oversee benefits administration in collaboration with Chief Financial Officer. Supervise Human Resource Specialist on all aspects of Human Resources. Manage time and attendance reporting and monitor absenteeism reports. Participate in orientation for new employees, including the completion of employment-related forms, and providing overview of agency. Participate as part of the Management team. Other related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist function or learning and development function with progressive management responsibilities, facilitation and coaching experience. Understanding of HR payroll systems.
