Job Description:
Care Manager Role includes intensive wraparound/case management services to families and children with mental health/ behavioral/developmental challenges. Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related discipline and at least one year experience in a child service system environment required. Experience with DD/ID population preferred.

Comments:
Home visits and flexible schedule required. Clean driving history required.

 

Administrative Assistant

Type:  Full Time

Salary:  $26,000-$29,000

Location:  Branchburg, NJ

Description of Principal Duties
Screen all incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate staff; handle operation of switchboard; maintain privacy of all confidential information; provide professional and efficient administrative support to all departments; organize and maintain Tri County CMO Outlook calendars; prepare conference room for meetings and trainings;.handle incoming and outgoing mail procedures; responsible for distributing incoming faxes; responsible for the day to day functions of office copiers, printers, and faxes; maintain and report inventory needs of office and kitchen supplies to Office Manager; maintain agency vehicles by scheduling and carrying out oil changes, car washes, repairs, and inspections; provide administrative backup support with Referrals, ISP, TISP, CP, and FS preparation; performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Office Manager consistent with the mission and values of Tri County CMO.

Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent; superior interpersonal skills; multitasking skill; organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 and data entry; bi-lingual skills desirable; ability to safely lift weight and/or move office furniture.
